User Agreement
I (hereinafter referred to as “I” and/or “User”) agree to the terms of this User Agreement and, by using the website: https://humi-plus.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Website”), when placing orders, corresponding, making phone calls, leaving reviews, etc., consent to the processing and protection of my personal data.
Personal Data
In addition to the Policy, in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” by filling out an application on the Online Platform for consideration of the possibility of purchasing goods and clicking the “Buy” button, I consent to the processing of my personal data specified in the application, for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of civil law relations, providing/receiving and making payments for purchased goods/services, including through lending. I do not object to the verification by the financial institutions listed in this Agreement of information in any credit bureaus of Ukraine for the purpose of clarifying information relating to my fulfillment of obligations under contracts (including credit contracts), if any, thereby understanding that the scope of information to be verified may include information relating to banking secrecy, and the clarification of which will be complete and sufficient for understanding my social, financial status, solvency and bearing possible further property liability, if necessary.
I also agree that the Owner has the right to provide access and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional notifications, without changing the purpose of their processing defined in the Policy and this Agreement. Including, for verification of the information I have provided and I do not object to the transfer for possible necessary clarification of this information to third parties, by which I understand: financial institutions, collection companies, mobile and postal communication operators, other individuals and/or legal entities.
I consent to request and receive from credit bureaus included in the Unified Register of Credit Bureaus (hereinafter referred to as “Bureau”) data and information in the form of summary indicators formed on the basis of information contained in my credit history and/or on the basis of information available from open sources, from third parties, using calculation models available to the Bureau, as well as to the use of such information by the owner and/or third parties to determine and offer me marketing/special offers (financial limits) by the Owner in the personal account on the Online Platform https://humi-plus.com/ for the purchase of goods and/or services.
We value your right to privacy and non-disclosure of your personal information. This User Agreement is a rule used by all employees of our service and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/obtained when visiting the Online Platform https://humi-plus.com/, when using the service, when ordering, corresponding, making phone calls, any other communication in which data/information is exchanged. What information do we collect?
On the Online Platform https://humi-plus.com/, when you place an order, participate in a promotion, research, or otherwise interact with us, we collect both personal information and general data.
In order to place orders for goods/services, participate in promotions, research, or otherwise interact with us, you must carefully familiarize yourself with your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data specified in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Policy, carefully familiarize yourself with this User Agreement and the Policy, and express your full consent to their terms.
If you do not agree with any of the terms of this User Agreement and the Policy on the processing and protection of personal data, please do not provide personal information (personal data).
You may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information at any time. To do this, simply send an email message with the subject line “Personal Data” to: hermes@humi-plus.com.
Why do we process personal data?
The term “personal data” is used in the meaning defined in the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and constitutes a set of information about usage, which is defined in the Policy.
We may process your personal data for the purposes and objectives defined in the Policy. At the same time, one or more purposes may be applied simultaneously.
How do we collect information?
The purpose, objectives of personal data processing, as well as other conditions regarding personal data processing are defined in the Policy.
Personal information, as we mentioned above, comes directly from you and with your knowledge. When you register on the Online Platform, we receive the information you provide. When you register for a promotion, we collect the information necessary for your participation in order to fulfill our obligations to you. When you place an order for goods, we collect the information you specify in order to be able to process the order and deliver it to you. When you send us an email, we store the email address you specify in order to be able to respond, etc.

These modules may be account synchronization buttons on the Online Platform https://humi-plus.com/, Like or “I like” buttons respectively. If a visitor opens one of the web pages equipped with such a plugin, their internet browser will directly connect them to the servers of Facebook, Youtube (youtube.com), Google+ (plus.google.com), Instagram, Linkedin. The plugin will transmit to the server data about which specific web pages of the Online Platform https://humi-plus.com/ the visitor viewed. When using any plugin functions, this information will also be synchronized with the visitor’s account on Facebook, Youtube (youtube.com), Google+ (plus.google.com), Instagram, Linkedin. Special offers and promotions
The Online Platform https://humi-plus.com/ sometimes posts promotional messages with the possibility to register online. In such cases, we will use the information you provide to conduct the promotion (for example, to notify you in case of winning). After a certain time after the end of the promotion, we delete personal information from our database unless you have given consent for its storage and use to receive further information from us. By participating in the promotion, you give unambiguous consent to the free use of your name, surname, photograph, interview, or other materials about you for advertising purposes, including the right to publish your name and photograph in mass media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with media. Such use is not compensated (not paid).
Prices and product availability
The description of goods posted on the Online Platform, including prices indicated on the Online Platform and information regarding product availability, may change. The order amount may change depending on the price, quantity, nomenclature of goods available from the seller on the shipment date. The final cost of goods is specified in the settlement and/or accompanying documents provided to the buyer (or their representative) when receiving the order. In case of product unavailability, the seller may unilaterally cancel the order.
Third parties providing services
In the course of our work, we turn to other companies and individuals who perform many functions. For example, order fulfillment and delivery, providing customer support, we order promotional campaign administration from certain agencies, data analysis. These agencies may have access to personal information if necessary to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from using personal information for any purpose other than that specified in our User Agreement and in our Policy on the processing and protection of personal data, and we require them to maintain confidentiality.
General information relates to such aspects as the number of visitors to the Online Platform, which pages they visit, what information they download, the type of web browser and operating system they use, the name of the internet service provider, etc. When you visit our Online Platform, we automatically receive this information and aggregate it with similar data about other visitors. By collecting such information, we analyze how to better adapt our Online Platform to the needs of visitors.
Updates to this Agreement
When you place an order, participate in promotions, research, or otherwise interact with us, you agree to the Terms of Service and Conditions.
We may unilaterally modify or update parts of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Please review the Terms of Service periodically to stay informed about changes and updates. All changes to these Terms of Service become effective upon publication. If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
