Delivery and Payment

  1. To process the order, it must be placed on the website and paid for.
  2. An email with your order and payment details is duplicated to the email address you provided during checkout (sometimes it may go to spam).
  3. Order shipment within 1-3 business days after payment.
  4. Orders are sent daily from Monday to Friday until 17:00, except for official holidays.
  5. After shipping, you will receive an email with the declaration number to the email address you provided.
  6. For convenient and quick tracking of your parcels, install the Nova Poshta app on your mobile device.

    You can make a payment on the website using Visa and MasterCard payment cards through the WayForPay payment system
  2. Payment to the seller's account by bank details
    If you want to transfer funds to the Seller's account, request a callback and a manager will contact you to clarify order details and issue an invoice.
  3. Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta*
    If you don't want to pay for the order in advance, you have the option to pay at the Nova Poshta branch. Please note that Nova Poshta charges a fee (25 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount). A manager will contact you in advance to clarify order details.

    *We accept orders without prepayment, but if you do not receive your parcel, you will no longer be able to use this type of payment.
Electronic receipts
We do not include a paper receipt in the package. We send an electronic receipt to the email address provided during order placement.
Delivery across Ukraine is free to Nova Poshta and Delivery branches for orders over 4000 UAH.
Delivery usually takes 1-3 days. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the delivery service rates.

Considering these guarantees, the buyer has the right to exchange and return if the product does not meet quality requirements. Check the product upon receipt. If it does not meet your criteria, you have the right to refuse it. Products eligible for exchange or return must be unused, in proper condition, and have intact branded labels and tags.

Refunds are processed on a working bank day within 48 hours after we receive the product and verify its proper condition.
