I (hereinafter referred to as "I" and/or "User") agree to the terms of this User Agreement and, by using the website: https://www.humi-plus.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, leaving feedback, etc., I agree to the processing and protection of my personal data.
In addition to the Regulations, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", by filling out an application on the Online Platform to consider the possibility of purchasing goods and clicking the "Buy" button, I consent to the processing of my personal data specified in the application in order to ensure the implementation of civil law relations, provision/receipt and payment for the purchased goods/services, including through lending. I do not object to the verification of information by the financial institutions listed in this Agreement in any credit history bureaus of Ukraine in order to find out information related to the fulfillment of my obligations under the agreements (including if any), thereby understanding that the scope of information to be checked may include information related to bank secrecy, and the clarification of which will be complete and sufficient to understand my social, property status, solvency and possible further property liability, if necessary.
I also agree that the Owner has the right to provide access to and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional notifications, without changing the purpose of their processing as defined in the Regulations and this Agreement. In particular, for verification of the information provided by me and I do not object to the transfer of this information to third parties for possible necessary clarification of this information, by which I mean: financial institutions, collection companies, mobile and postal operators, other individuals and/or legal entities.
I agree to request and receive from the credit history bureaus included in the Unified Register of Credit History Bureaus (hereinafter referred to as the "Bureau") data and information in the form of summary indicators formed on the basis of information contained in my credit history and/or on the basis of information available from open sources, from third parties, using the calculation models available to the Bureau, as well as the use of this information by the Owner and/or third parties to determine and offer me the Owner in my personal account on the Online platform https://www.humi-plus.com/ marketing/ special offers (financial limits) for the purchase of goods and/or services.
We value your right to privacy and non-disclosure of your personal information. This User Agreement is a rule used by all employees of our service and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the Online Platform https://www.humi-plus.com/, when using the service, when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, any other communication in which data/information is exchanged. The term "personal data" is used in the meaning defined in the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and is a set of information about the use of the data defined in the Regulations.
We may process your personal data for the purposes and for the purposes specified in the Regulations. In this case, one or more purposes may be applied simultaneously.
The purpose, goals of personal data processing, as well as other conditions for personal data processing are determined in the Regulations.
Personal information, as we noted above, comes directly from you, and with your consent. Thus, when you register on the Online Platform, we receive the information you provide. When you register for a promotion, we collect the information necessary for your participation to fulfill our obligations to you. When you place an order for a product, we collect the information you provide so that we can place the order and deliver it to you. When you send us an email, we store the email address you provide so that we can respond, etc.

The online platform https://www.humi-plus.com/ sometimes posts notifications about promotions with the possibility to register online. In such cases, we will use the information you provide to conduct the promotion (for example, to notify you if you win). After a certain period of time after the end of the promotion, we delete your personal information from our database, unless you have given your consent to its storage and use for receiving further information from us. By participating in the promotion, you give your unequivocal consent to the free use of your name, surname, photo, interview or other materials about you for advertising purposes, including the right to publish your name and photo in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with the media. Such use is not compensated (paid).
The description of the goods posted on the Online Platform, including the prices indicated on the Online Platform and information on the availability of goods, may change. The amount of the order may vary depending on the price, quantity, and range of goods available to the seller on the date of shipment. The final cost of the goods is indicated in the settlement and/or shipping documents provided to the buyer (or his representative) upon receipt of the order. In case of unavailability of the goods, the seller may unilaterally cancel the order.
In the course of our work, we turn to other companies and individuals who perform many functions. For example, we fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, order certain agencies to administer promotional campaigns, and analyze data. These agencies may have access to personal information if it is necessary to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from using personal information for purposes other than those specified in our User Agreement and our Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy, and we require them to maintain confidentiality.
General information relates to aspects such as the number of visitors to the Online Platform, which pages they visit, what information they download, the type of web browser and operating system they use, the name of their Internet service provider, etc. When you access our Online Platform, we automatically receive this information and aggregate it with similar data about other visitors. By collecting this information, we analyze how to better tailor our Online Platform to the needs of our visitors.
When you place an order, participate in a promotion, research, or otherwise interact with us, you agree to the terms of the User Agreement and the Terms of Service.
We may unilaterally change or update parts of this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Please review the User Agreement from time to time to be aware of any changes and updates. All changes to this User Agreement shall become effective upon their publication. In case of invalidation or unenforceability of any part of this User Agreement, the other parts will remain in force.
