Organic fertilizer sales manager

The production HERMES AGRI-COMPANY LTD, which has been working for the benefit of farmers and the Ukrainian land since 1990 and is a leading manufacturer of organic fertilizers from unique raw materials - vermicompost under the TM Humiplus, invites you to work remotely as an Organic Fertilizer Sales Manager.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities

higher education;
at least 1 year of practical experience in a similar position;
knowledge of the mineral fertilizers and growth stimulants market and experience in agricultural consulting or agronomic education will be an advantage;
ethics of business communication, ability to present a product, overcome objections, and confident command of the Ukrainian language;
PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, 1C is desirable);
ability to work in a team, flexibility, desire to work for results, develop and earn money;
own car, experience in driving a category B car is welcome.

Main responsibilities

Achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory;
searching for and attracting new customers;
maintaining relationships and monitoring the fulfillment of agreements with existing customers;
providing professional advice on the Company's products;
creating a positive image of the Company and its products in the market;
accounting in 1C;
studying and collecting information about competitors and their activity in the market.
