When carrying out foliar treatments of sainfoin and alfalfa, it is important to maintain the developmental stages of the crops. The most effective in conditions of high temperatures is the treatment with Humisol-plus biopreparation before budding, 6-8 days before flowering, which coincides with the physiological period of active biosynthetic processes, promotes biomass production and improves the feed value of the crop, increasing the amount of dry mass per unit of green.
But foliar treatment at the beginning of flowering is physiologically conflicting for these crops. Too early treatment requires later harvesting of green mass.
