To create the most favorable conditions for seedlings of cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, etc., use Humitab organic fertilizer as a substrate. Such a substrate retains moisture better, nutrients are in an accessible dissolved state, and air penetrates the root zone well enough.
When the seedlings are ready to be transplanted into the open ground, their root system is not damaged, because it is firmly intertwined with peat fibers. Thus, transplanting takes place with a whole lump of substrate and intact roots. This shortens the adaptation period of the seedlings, ensuring a high degree of plant survival.
For sowing vegetable seeds for seedlings in glasses, pots and cassettes, it is also recommended to use ready-made Humitab substrates. They meet all the requirements, are effective and safe. The mixture should be neutral, contain all the necessary nutrients, and at the same time not have a high concentration of salts in the solution.
